JOB DESCRIPTION: Operations Coordinator

SUMMARY:
A supporting role inside an advertising media firm. PMD Media is the recognized leader in storefront out-of-home advertising.

TITLE:
Operations Coordinator

OBJECTIVE:
We’re looking for a bright, energetic person to help manage our internal operations, supervise our on-site employees, contractors, and remotely manage field personnel and brand specialists across the U.S.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

We are looking for a team member that can hit the ground running, fit into our company culture, and have fun while working with us to grow PMD Media to its full potential.

The candidate must have the ability to learn the ins and outs of the core business operation as soon as possible.
Employee and Contractor culture and relationships are paramount.

Must be technologically proficient and a quick learner.

Being a self-starter is a plus.

Hybrid office-WFH schedule.

Organized
Detail Oriented
Friendly & Outgoing

Experience needed:
2-3 years in-office experience with small and/or large teams
Media Operator and/or Ad Agency experience a plus
Google Suite knowledge a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION: Business Development Associate

SUMMARY:
A supporting part-time or full-time role inside an advertising media firm. PMD Media is the recognized leader in storefront out-of-home advertising.

TITLE:
Business Development Associate

OBJECTIVE:
We’re looking for a bright, energetic person to help manage our business communications and assist in new business development.

The Business Development Associate works directly with the CEO and VP to assist in prospecting and generating new business. They would also be responsible for maintaining our internal database with client information, campaign status, and lead status. Includes social media content creation and engagement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

We are looking for a team member that can hit the ground running, fit into our company culture, and have fun while helping us grow PMD Media to its full potential.
